Summary

All sales are final once access is granted. Because our products are digital and access to coaching, curriculum, and resources begins immediately, we do not offer refunds after access has been provided. This applies to FTR Private Coaching, the indicator bundle, and all other FTR products unless a product page states otherwise.

1. When Access Begins

Access is granted through Whop at the time of purchase. From that point you can access some or all of the Services, which may include the curriculum, community, the Daily Futures Playbook, onboarding, or digital downloads. Once access has been granted, the purchase is non-refundable.

2. Payment Plans

If you purchase with a payment plan, you are committing to the full program price. Stopping participation, missing calls, or no longer using the Services does not cancel the remaining installments. If a payment fails, access may be paused until the balance is paid.

3. Program Participation

Results depend on your participation. Not attending calls, not completing homework, not using the curriculum, or changing your mind about trading are not grounds for a refund, credit, or extension.

4. Exceptions

We will correct the following at our discretion after reviewing your request:

Duplicate charges or billing errors.
Charges you did not authorize, reported to us promptly.
Any refund we are required to provide under applicable law.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute so we can help. Disputing a charge you authorized after receiving access violates our Terms of Service and may result in termination of access. We will provide records of your purchase and use to the payment processor.
