1. Overview

Futures Trading Revolution is a business name of Fundamental Futures, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Jason Niehoff ("FTR," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our pages, apply, book a call, purchase, or use our Services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and time zone.
Application and booking answers, such as your trading experience, markets and platforms you use, goals, and other information you choose to share.
Coaching information, such as homework, chart screenshots, trade journals, and messages you send us.
Call recordings and testimonials you agree to provide.

Purchase information: Payments are processed by Whop or another payment processor. We receive transaction details such as your name, email, product purchased, and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Automatically collected information: When you visit our pages, we and our service providers may collect device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and referral information through cookies and similar technologies for analytics and site performance.

When you book a call, the booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which sets cookies and collects your name, email, phone number and the time you choose in order to schedule your call and send reminders. Calendly's privacy policy applies to that data. Videos on our pages are provided by Wistia, which may set cookies to measure playback. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on our pages.

3. How We Use Your Information

To review applications, schedule calls, and communicate with you about the Services.
To deliver the Services, including coaching, group calls, curriculum access, and community access.
To process payments, provide receipts, and manage access.
To send reminders, updates, and marketing emails or text messages, where permitted.
To improve our content, pages, and Services.
To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.

4. Text Messages

If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send text messages such as call and event reminders and updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

5. Email

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. We may still send you transactional messages about your purchase or account.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers that help us operate, such as payment processing (Whop), course and community hosting (Kajabi), scheduling (Calendly), video hosting (Wistia), video conferencing, email and text messaging, analytics, and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Other members, only for content you choose to post in the community or share during group calls.
Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
A successor in the event of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, email support@futurestradingrevolution.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

10. Children

Our Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Users

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
